For climate control, the scope included procuring and fitting high-capacity cooling units, running refrigerant lines, setting up drainage tubes, laying insulated ducting, placing air outlets and returns, mounting thermostat interfaces, and completing all electrical hookups. The client confirmed complete approval of the workmanship and operational efficiency, and despite the constraints of an active banquet venue, Custom Engineering MEP completed the handover exactly on schedule without any faults reported afterward, strengthening their credibility as a dependable MEP contractor for commercial properties.
