Custom Engineering MEP completed the full MEP scope for Waffles locations in Islamabad and Lahore, delivering integrated HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored to a fast-paced food service environment. The HVAC scope included supply and installation of high-efficiency cooling units, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, ductwork, grilles, and thermostatic controls to maintain comfortable temperatures for customers and staff. The electrical scope comprised main distribution panels, sub-boards, complete internal cabling, LED lighting, switch and socket outlets, earthing, surge protection, and dedicated circuits for all kitchen equipment and HVAC loads.
