For climate control, the team supplied and fitted high-capacity cooling units, refrigerant lines, condensate drains, insulated ducting, supply and return grilles, and thermostatic controls with full electrical integration. The electrical scope covered main and sub-distribution panels, complete cabling, lighting fixtures, power sockets, earthing, and dedicated circuits for all mechanical loads. The plumbing installation included potable water supply lines, drainage networks, vent piping, sanitary fixtures, and leak-proof connections to ensure reliable hydraulic performance.
