Electrical covered main panels, distribution boards, LED lighting with backup, earthing, surge protection, fire alarm integration, and dedicated circuits. Plumbing included water supply, hot water recirculation, drainage, venting, sanitary fixtures, and rainwater disposal. The client approved all work, and the high-rise opened on schedule with zero defects.
